About the role
Pace is hiring a Strategic Accounts Manager to embed deep P&C industry expertise within Pace’s largest client engagements, coordinating with client operations, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Human Quality Teams to translate operational objectives into scaled, production-grade agentic operations.
Responsibilities
- Own Strategic Client Outcomes for Agentic Operations: serve as the primary executive partner to Pace’s largest P&C clients, translating client operational goals (cost, speed, quality, growth) into scaled, production-grade agentic operating models, with outcomes measured in business KPIs.
- Translate P&C Domain Expertise into Agentic Design: bring deep P&C operational knowledge (underwriting, policy admin, claims, distribution) into solution design, guiding engineers and quality teams on workflow sequencing while maintaining regulatory and risk discipline.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Delivery at Scale: act as the connective tissue between client operations leaders, engineers, and quality teams to ensure rapid alignment and disciplined execution as solutions move from pilot to scaled production.
- Anticipate and Mitigate Operational, Regulatory, and Adoption Risk: identify risks in agentic transitions (model drift, gaps, regulatory exposure, quality degradation) and design controls, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop strategies.
- Shape Long-Term Account Strategy and Expansion: define multi-year roadmaps for strategic accounts, identify expansions beyond initial use cases, and influence product evolution, talent strategy, and investment priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic account management within P&C insurance (underwriting, policy administration, claims, distribution) preferred
- Ability to translate client goals into scalable, production-grade operating models
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Risk management mindset with ability to design controls and escalation paths
