About the role

Pace is an AI operations partner for insurers. The Forward Deployed Engineer partners with the company’s largest customers to solve mission-critical problems, shipping features and integrations to unblock customers, and collaborating with engineering on larger product efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Working with our largest customers to expand to new use cases.
  • Building solutions to their largest problems in our product.
  • Shipping features, integrations, and evals in the codebase to unblock customers.
  • Collaborating with engineering to ship larger features and products for our customers.
