About the role

Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A at Gong, responsible for owning the consolidated financial model, P&L narrative, ARR forecasting, and strategic analysis to partner with the CFO and executive team on growth and resource allocation in a fast-scaling, AI-driven SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the company's consolidated financial model and P&L narrative — continuously challenge assumptions and reflect data-driven insights.
  • Drive ARR forecasting and revenue analytics in partnership with GTM Strategy across cohorts, segments, and product lines.
  • Build and own the financial framework for modeling hybrid revenue as Gong transitions to consumption-based pricing (subscription ARR plus usage-based and credit-based revenue).
  • Lead scenario modeling and strategic analysis to inform executive-level resource allocation decisions.
  • Co-lead monthly close review, quarterly forecast, and annual planning with an insightful point of view.
  • Drive forecast accuracy improvement by identifying gaps, developing leading indicators, and closing the gap.
  • Support CFO-level reporting and management presentations, including monthly financial reviews and QBR materials, with storytelling behind the numbers.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, equity research, or high-growth company FP&A with end-to-end financial analysis ownership.
  • Deep command of enterprise SaaS metrics: ARR, NDR, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, cohort retention, gross margin by product line.
