About the role

Role focused on the success and expansion of AI agents deployed for enterprise customers, owning onboarding, deployment, optimization, renewal, and expansion with a Net Revenue Retention target.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer journey from onboarding and launch through ongoing optimization, renewal, and expansion.
  • Translate customer goals into an agent deployment plan with clear use cases, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Get hands-on with agent instructions, knowledge sources, and workflows. Partner with engineering on integrations and more complex requirements.
  • Review conversations and performance data to identify gaps, test improvements, and help agents resolve more customer requests accurately.
  • Build strong relationships with day-to-day operators and executive stakeholders. Make it clear what's working, what needs attention, and what comes next.
  • Identify new use cases and teams that could benefit from Chatbase, turning demonstrated results into account growth.
  • Bring specific customer insights to product and engineering to help shape what we build next.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, product, technical consulting, startup operations, or another demanding, customer-facing role.
  • Track record of growing and retaining customer relationships.
  • Technically curious and excited to get hands-on. You're comfortable learning how agents, APIs, integrations, and business workflows fit together.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented. You can investigate why an agent gets something wrong and work through how to improve it.
  • High ownership. You follow through, unblock yourself, and keep work moving across customers and internal teams.
