About the role

Growth-focused role responsible for helping more businesses discover, try, and become paying customers of Chatbase by scaling promising growth opportunities, running experiments, and turning success into repeatable programs.

Responsibilities

  • Launch experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and a plan for what to do next.
  • Track conversion, acquisition costs, and customer quality to understand which efforts drive sustainable growth.
  • Turn successful experiments into repeatable programs and stop investing in approaches that aren't working.

Qualifications

  • A track record of driving measurable growth for a startup, software product, or your own business.
  • Depth in at least one growth channel and curiosity to learn and experiment across others.
  • Good judgment about where to spend time and money, including when to keep testing and when to move on.
  • Resourceful and hands-on. You can get an experiment live without waiting for a large team or a perfect setup.
  • High ownership. You care about business results and follow through from idea to outcome.
