About the role

On-site and remote deployment leader responsible for end-to-end deployment and adoption of Vitalize platform across health systems, driving ROI, and shaping scalable enterprise deployment motion from 20 to 200+ hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-stakeholder rollouts across 5–20 hospital sites
  • Run training for thousands of clinicians
  • Troubleshoot workflows and drive adoption
  • Align nursing, operations, IT, finance, and PMO
  • Own escalations and remove blockers fast
  • Partner daily with engineering on roadmap-impacting insights
  • Build the deployment playbook for 200+ hospitals
  • Make ROI real for executives
  • Be the bridge customers and product

Qualifications

  • Relentless operator. You run toward ambiguity, fast, independent problem solver who ships, learns, iterates
  • World-class communicator capable of briefing CNOs, IT directors, and frontline staff
  • Insatiably curious about hospital operations, workflows, incentives, constraints
  • Structured but flexible mindset; builds scalable processes while adapting to reality
  • Customer-obsessed; enjoys on-site engagement and deep problem understanding
  • Technically fluent (preferred, not required); comfortable with integrations and communicating feasibility to engineering
