About the role

Senior Product Manager focusing on self-service cloud growth, with emphasis on onboarding for human users and agents, to drive Elastic Cloud adoption and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and roadmap for self service cloud growth, including onboarding and trial experience, product feature adoption and trial activation, customer interviews and churn analysis, product engagement analytics and email nurturing
  • Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and establish realistic delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with downstream Elastic solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand their onboarding flows and trial experience
  • Drive technical decision-making regarding onboarding, activation, expansion and retention of self-service customers
  • Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback on trial experience
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness
  • Drive native integrations with 3rd party developers platforms

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products
  • Strong background and experience with Product Led Growth
  • Demonstrated experience with self-service cloud services, having shipped products that provide self-service trials
  • Data-driven approach to product decisions, with experience in product adoption and analysis
  • Strong communication skills, capable of cross function collaborations and alignment
  • Experience with globally distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration
