About the role

Product Designer focused on AI Builders at Cresta, creating end-to-end builder experiences for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying AI agents and AI workflows that augment human agents within contact center environments.

Responsibilities

  • Turn the complexity of AI and business logic into builder experiences that feel intuitive and self-serve, for both technical users (developers) and non-technical ones (business operators)
  • Pair vibe coding/design with engineer and designer partners to spin off builder concepts and iterate into polished, production-ready experiences
  • Partner with PMs and tech leads to define problem spaces, north-star experiences, and iterative milestones
  • Run discovery and evaluative research with users – interviews, workflow walkthroughs, usability tests, and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, MLEs, FDE/FDPMs, Customer Success, and Marketing teams across the organization
  • Advocate for craft – raise the quality bar and help the team develop a shared eye for what great looks like
  • Demonstrate good judgment of when to ship: perfect is the enemy of good

Qualifications

  • Education in Design, HCI, Interaction, or 5+ years equivalent industry experience
  • Experience in designing AI-driven workflows, no-code/low-code/agentic builders, or complex B2B enterprise applications
  • AI-native working style: comfortable using Claude Code, Cursor, MCP, or similar tools
  • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end flows with simple and elegant solutions for complex problems
  • Strong product thinking with a blend of UX disciplines (interaction design, prototyping, visual design, user research)
  • Curious, adaptable, quick learner, collaborative team player
