About the role

UX intern to shape Cresta’s human + AI agents platform, focusing on end-to-end UX for AI-powered workflows in contact centers. Collaboration across Engineers, PMs, ML, Customer Success, and Sales with hands-on design, user research, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

  • Generate novel UX ideas for Conversation Intelligence and AI Agents considering the needs of various user personas
  • Analyze user and business challenges, propose feasible solutions, and collaborate with engineers to bring designs to life
  • Support user research including usability testing, competitive analysis, customer interviews, behavioral insights, and metrics analysis to inform designs
  • Prototype quickly (Figma, Cursor, Claude, Voice API, etc.) to explore different UI paradigms
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers, PMs, ML experts, Customer Success, and Sales teams across the organization
  • Present and communicate concepts to supervisors and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field with a strong academic track record
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction paradigms (academic or personal projects)
  • Proficiency in prototyping using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, V0, or latest AI tools to build realistic prototypes
  • Experience in user-centered design across interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research
  • Curious, adaptable, quick learner who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

  • $30-$50 per hour subject to taxes
