About the role

Technical Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of high-complexity Agentic AI deployments for enterprise customers, leading a pod (TPM, Forward Deployed Engineer, Agent Architect) from scoping through go-live and hypercare.

Responsibilities

  • Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality for assigned Agentic AI customer projects, selecting the right delivery methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) for each customer context.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software
  • Hands-on experience delivering solutions in Contact Center/CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or related CX platforms
  • Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, with judgment on when to apply each
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with global, distributed teams
  • Fluent in English and German
