About the role

Enterprise Account Executive (Turkey) responsible for driving new business growth and establishing Parloa in Eastern Europe by engaging senior stakeholders, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and delivering measurable business impact through agentic AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing, focusing on acquiring new enterprise customers in Eastern Europe.
  • Build and expand a new market by identifying opportunities and shaping territory strategy.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes including tenders, negotiations, and commercial structuring with senior decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating how Parloa’s agentic AI delivers measurable business impact and transformation.
  • Partner with Solution Engineering, Business Development, and Value Consulting to deliver a seamless buying experience.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and clear visibility of risks, gaps, and opportunities through pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales in a closing role with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Proven ability to win new logos and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience building a pipeline in outbound-driven environments, ideally with exposure to new or developing markets
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Technical curiosity and interest in AI-driven products and customer experience
  • Native or bilingual in Turkish and fluent in English.
