About the role

Account Manager for the SMB Italian market based in Milan, focused on expanding ARR within existing base, renewals, churn management, and acting as the main point of contact between Lexroom and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Lexroom and a product evangelist, identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities within your customer base.
  • Drive Lexroom's ambitious ARR growth from the installed base, helping position the company as a European market leader.
  • Own the entire funnel for existing business: run checkpoints and business reviews, uncover expansion needs, and close upsells and uplifts.
  • Managing renewals and leading churn management—protecting and growing recurring revenue by getting ahead of risk and keeping customers engaged.
  • Work closely with customers to identify their pain points, goals, and development opportunities, and be the main point of contact between Lexroom and our customers.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial role.
  • Familiarity with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.).
  • Eagerness to learn and join a rapidly growing startup.
  • Optional but a bonus: law degree.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
