About the role

Account Executive responsible for driving ARR growth in the Italian market from the Barcelona hub, managing full sales cycle, and collaborating with product and sales teams to expand Lexroom’s presence in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Lexroom and a product evangelist on our Barcelona Sales Hub, identifying new use cases for our Italian market customers.
  • Drive Lexroom’s ambitious ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel. Your mission will be to find prospects, conduct product demos, and close deals.
  • Work closely with prospects to identify their pain points, goals, and potential development opportunities.
  • Monitor the market closely for Lexroom. Work closely with the product team by providing valuable feedback from current and potential clients.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Willing to relocate to or already based in Barcelona — on-site office role.
  • Power user of sales support tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Fast learner with ownership mindset; eager to join a rapidly growing startup.
  • Humble and hungry; strong communication and accountability.
  • Not afraid to speak up and practice straight talking.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Optional: law degree.
