About the role

Account Executive role focused on SMB in the Italian market (Milan), driving ARR growth, product demonstrations, and end-to-end sales funnel management for Lexroom’s AI legal product in a hybrid Milan-based setting.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Lexroom and a product evangelist, identifying new use cases for our customers.
  • Drive Lexroom’s ambitious ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel. Your mission will be to find prospects, conduct product demos, and close deals.
  • Work closely with prospects to identify their pain points, goals, and potential development opportunities.
  • Monitor the market closely for Lexroom. Work closely with the product team by providing valuable feedback from current and potential clients.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Power user of sales support tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Speaks Italian and English.
  • Fast and Accurate

  • Optional: law degree
