About the role

Retell AI is seeking content creators to join The Forge creator program. Create content featuring Retell AI’s voice agents for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram in your own format and voice. The company provides brief and creative direction, with compensation per post, performance bonuses, and tier benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Feature Retell AI's voice agents for the audience in creator's format and voice
  • Follow provided brief and creative direction
  • Create content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Participate in the creator program (The Forge) and contribute to scaled storytelling of Retell AI
  • Engage with the program's compensation structure including per-post payments, performance bonuses, and tier benefits

Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in content creation for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram (as applicable)
  • Ability to work remotely and manage own content schedule
  • Comfort with following briefs and creative direction
