About the role

launching the DACH market operations for REVER, focusing on onboarding first brands, managing external stakeholders, and defining customer onboarding/retention across the market in Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH). €35K - €45K EUR base salary, full-time in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Launch the country operations for the DACH market.
  • Onboard the first brands by managing a variety of external stakeholders, including logistics carriers, fulfilment players and e-commerce experts.
  • Exceed client expectations by helping them with technical integrations with their carriers, warehouses, ERP and CMS systems.
  • Work at the intersection between our customers, our GTM and product teams.
  • Manage brand relationships and support them in their experience with REVER.
  • Use your firsthand experience of our day-to-day operations to contribute to product development.
  • Engage in strategic discussions to drive our operational excellence.
  • Bring analytical insights on how to help brands achieve their goals
  • Surpass performance goals and thrive in our ambitious team environment, seizing opportunities for personal and company-wide growth.

Qualifications

  • Interest in fashion, tech and innovation with a passion for helping eCommerces grow.
  • Native communication skills in German, professional in English.
  • An analytical mindset, driving data-driven approach to problem solving and strategy.
  • A fast learner, we want to fail fast, learn faster, challenge often.
  • A passion for startup culture, coupled with a proactive mindset.
  • Quick problem-solving skills and a knack for decisive action.
  • Experience in the eCommerce, Fashion or Retail industry is a plus
  • Experience in Account Management is a plus
