About the role

Forward Deployment Engineer at REVER. Engineer who works where the product meets the customer, turning messy client problems into production solutions and driving end-to-end impact for key merchants.

Responsibilities

  • Own the problem end to end: scope it, design the architecture, write the code, ship it and measure the impact
  • Deliver production solutions for merchants' most open-ended problems
  • Bring learnings back to product to accelerate future deployments for additional merchants
  • Collaborate with product and customer teams to understand needs and opportunities
  • Bridge technical and business considerations to help merchants succeed

Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, Physics or similar
  • Experience working as a software engineer (new grads OK)
  • Strong use of AI
  • Builder mentality
  • Ownership and urgency: willing to learn what is needed to get the job done
  • Ambition to grow into business: curious about how companies make money and move toward product, customers and strategy
