About the role

Tavus is an AI research lab building PALs—real-time human simulation models enabling machines to see, hear, respond, and look real for empathetic, scalable interactions. The company aims to close the gap between people and machines and is backed by Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator, and Scale Venture Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer outcomes end to end, taking ownership of entire customer journeys from first sign-up through production outcomes.
  • Help run and define company-wide product management.
  • Move extremely fast with a strong bias for execution; operate in a way that inspires the engineering team.
  • Operate with high clarity of written thought and strong organization and communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in both 0→1 and 1+ development (product stages).
  • Opinionated and action-oriented.
  • Seek feedback, synthesize information from multiple angles, form strong convictions, and execute while bringing the team along.
  • Excellent organization and communication; clarity of written thought as a priority.
