About the role
Brand Designer to define and shape Profound’s visual language across campaigns, events, and the brand system. Hands-on role collaborating with Creative Director, Brand lead, and marketing teams to create scalable visual identity and experiences for a fast-growing AI marketing platform.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the visual brand across all touchpoints (campaigns, website, events, social, etc.).
- Build and maintain a scalable brand design system to empower the broader team.
- Design campaign creative from concept through final delivery.
- Shape brand experiences for in-person events, conferences, and OOH activations.
- Push the creative bar through design reviews and setting craft standards.
- Experiment with and grow Profound’s visual identity, bringing ideas to life and executing them.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand design with a strong portfolio of visual identity work.
- Clear, opinionated point of view on typography, color, layout, and composition with the ability to defend decisions.
- Experience building and maintaining brand systems across digital and physical formats.
- Proven ability to design campaign creative from concept through final delivery.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketers, writers, and leadership; ability to align stakeholders without losing creative conviction.
- Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfort managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment and making independent priority calls.
- High bar for craft and discipline to meet deadlines.
