About the role

Experienced Capital Markets & Trading Coach needed to guide clients into or within capital markets and trading roles. Responsibilities include teaching sales & trading strategy, trading execution, financial modeling, risk management, market analysis, and career support (resume, LinkedIn, cover letters, interview prep). Coaches set their own hours and rates and deliver sessions virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core sales & trading strategy
  • Teach trading execution
  • Teach financial modeling
  • Help clients build risk management practices
  • Sharpen clients' market analysis skills
  • Provide resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
  • Prepare clients for behavioral and technical interviews in trading and markets roles
  • Offer networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, broader skill building
  • Guide freelancing opportunities in the space
  • Set own hours and rates
  • Host sessions virtually
  • Partner with team to deliver high-quality coaching experiences

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in capital markets or trading (as a trader, analyst, or industry professional)
  • Strong track record of navigating markets under pressure
  • Clear, structured coaching approach for technical and career growth
