About the role

Experienced coaching role helping clients break into or grow within climate and sustainability roles, teaching climate consulting skills, corporate sustainability, sustainable supply chains, climate policy, funding, and career support (resume, LinkedIn, cover letters, interview prep, networking, salary negotiation). Remote contract position with self-directed hours.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core climate consulting skills, corporate sustainability, and sustainable supply chain & operations
  • Help clients navigate climate policy & regulations and funding & grants for climate-focused work
  • Provide career coaching: resume review, LinkedIn review, cover letter guidance, behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to climate tech and sustainability roles
  • Offer networking strategy and salary negotiation guidance
  • Host sessions virtually and set own hours and rates
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, supportive client experiences

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in climate tech, sustainability, or climate policy (as a consultant, sustainability lead, or industry professional)
  • Strong understanding of the climate and sustainability landscape
  • Clear, structured approach to coaching clients through technical and career growth
