About the role

Experienced business development and partnerships professional coaching clients to break into or grow within business development and strategic partnerships roles, including strategy, negotiation, market analysis, and career development support.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core business development strategy, partnership development, and market analysis
  • Help clients sharpen negotiation skills and apply AI fundamentals and AI automation to their work
  • Provide career coaching (resume review, LinkedIn review, cover letter guidance, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy) tailored to business development roles
  • Support broader skill-building to help clients grow into more senior partnerships positions
  • Host sessions virtually and set own hours and rates
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality coaching experience for every client

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in business development or partnerships (e.g., BD lead, partnerships manager, or industry professional)
  • Strong track record of driving deals and relationships
  • Clear, structured coaching approach covering technical and career growth
