  • Personal branding and professional networking (including broader networking strategy)
  • Salary negotiation and leadership development
  • Skill building and guidance for freelancing opportunities
  • Provide a high-quality, supportive experience for every client
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually; collaborate with team to deliver outcomes

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience guiding professionals through career transitions and growth (as a career coach, recruiter, or industry professional)
  • Strong understanding of today's job market
  • Clear, structured coaching approach to both practical job search tactics and long-term career development
