Responsibilities

  • Teach core strategic planning and executive support skills to clients
  • Help clients apply AI fundamentals and AI automation to their work
  • Provide career coaching: resume review, LinkedIn review, cover letter guidance, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy
  • Help clients break into or grow within chief of staff and executive support roles
  • Host sessions virtually
  • Set own hours and rates
  • Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality coaching experience

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience as a chief of staff or in executive support (chief of staff, executive business partner, or industry professional)
  • Strong track record of driving initiatives across an organization
  • Clear, structured coaching approach for both technical and career growth
