About the role

Experienced coach supporting clients in operations and strategy roles with core business strategy, operations management, process improvement, and career guidance, in a remote contract role.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core business strategy development, operations management, and process improvement
  • Help clients build project management skills and apply financial analysis, competitive analysis, and market research to real business decisions
  • Guide clients on emerging tools like AI fundamentals and AI automation
  • Support the career side with resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance, along with interview prep, networking strategy, and negotiation skills tailored to operations and strategy roles
  • Coach clients through both technical and career growth
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, collaborate with team to deliver quality coaching experience

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in business operations or strategy (e.g., operations lead, strategy consultant, or industry professional)
  • Strong track record of driving efficiency and growth
  • Clear, structured coaching approach for technical and career growth
