About the role

Experienced CFA Coach to help clients prepare for the CFA exam and build long-term careers in investment management and finance. Responsibilities include guiding exam content mastery across CFA topics, creating tailored study plans and test prep strategies, and advising on how the CFA charter fits into broader career paths. Coaches set their own hours and rates and conduct sessions virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients master exam content across Ethical and Professional Standards, Quantitative Methods, Economics, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Corporate Finance, Equity Investments, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Alternative Investments, and Portfolio Management.
  • Create tailored study plans and test prep strategies to build accuracy, pacing, and confidence leading up to exam day.
  • Guide clients on applying CFA concepts to real career growth in the investment industry.
  • Provide high-quality, supportive coaching experience and connect clients with practical, real-world applications.
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually.
  • Partner with internal team to deliver consistent coaching quality.

Qualifications

  • Has passed relevant CFA level(s) or hold the CFA charter.
  • Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience.
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down complex problems and linking them to practical applications.
