About the role

Experienced Communication & Public Speaking Coach to help clients strengthen presentation, communication, and related skills, with emphasis on active listening, nonverbal, cross-cultural communication, persuasion, negotiation, conflict resolution, and AI-enabled tools. Flexible contract role with self-directed hours and virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core presentation skills and effective communication techniques
  • Help clients build active listening, nonverbal communication, and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Guide clients on persuasion and influence, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution
  • Assist clients in applying emerging tools like AI fundamentals and AI automation to communication work
  • Provide structured coaching through skill-building and real-world application
  • Host sessions virtually and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, supportive client experiences
  • Set own hours and rates

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in communication, public speaking, or a related field (as a speaker, trainer, or industry professional)
  • Strong track record of helping others communicate with clarity and confidence
  • Clear, structured approach to coaching clients through skill building and real-world application
