About the role

Experienced CFP Coach to help clients preparing for the CFP exam and steer toward long-term careers in financial planning. Responsibilities include mastering CFP exam content across core domains, creating tailored study plans and test prep strategies, and helping clients apply concepts to real-world financial planning scenarios. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients master exam content across General Principles of Financial Planning, Insurance Planning, Investment Planning, Retirement Savings and Income Planning, Tax Planning, and Estate Planning
  • Create tailored study plans and test prep strategies to build accuracy, pacing, and confidence leading up to exam day
  • Assist clients in applying CFP knowledge to real-world career growth in financial planning
  • Host sessions virtually and collaborate with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client
  • Set own hours and rates

Qualifications

  • CFP certification or having passed the relevant CFP exam
  • prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience
  • clear, structured approach to breaking down complex problems while connecting them to practical application
