About the role

Experienced blockchain and crypto coach to guide clients into or within the Web3 industry, covering blockchain strategy, cryptocurrency fundamentals, smart contracts, decentralized applications, and career coaching (resume, LinkedIn, cover letters, interview prep, networking, salary/promotion strategy, freelancing guidance).

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through blockchain strategy and cryptocurrency fundamentals
  • Explain smart contracts and decentralized applications
  • Develop practical Web3 development skills for client roles
  • Resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
  • Behavioral and technical interview preparation tailored to blockchain and crypto roles
  • Networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy
  • Guidance for freelancing opportunities in the space
  • Set own hours and rates; host sessions virtually; collaborate with team to deliver high-quality coaching

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency (as a developer, founder, investor, or industry professional)
  • Track record of skill building in emerging Web3 technologies
  • Clear, structured coaching approach for technical and career growth
