About the role
GTM Engineer responsible for building and owning AgentMail's growth data layer, outbound engine, and source of truth. This build-and-own role focuses on instrumenting the funnel, lookalike modeling, experiments across the PLG engine, and connecting the stack via APIs and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth data layer end to end: instrument the funnel, enrich every signup, and build the dashboards the company treats as the source of truth
Qualifications
- A technical foundation: CS, data science, or equivalent. Proficiency in Python/TypeScript/SQL, API integration, and experience with Claude Code or Codex
