About the role

AgentMail is seeking an extremely high-agency generalist to work alongside the founders and early team. The role is intentionally broad, owning various company operations and strategic support tasks as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Company operations. Make AgentMail an exceptionally well-run place to work. Own our office, vendors, equipment, supplies, food, onboarding logistics, and the hundred small things that make a company function.
  • Founder operations. Help the founders execute quickly on things that fall between functions - research, coordination, travel, reservations, scheduling, logistics, and one-off projects.
  • Hiring & candidate experience. Help us create an incredible experience for people interviewing at AgentMail, from coordinating visits to candidate dinners and work trials.
  • Events & community. Help organize team events, developer dinners, hackathons, offsites, celebrations, and other things we want to make happen.
  • Special projects. Take ambiguous problems and run with them. These might have nothing to do with one another. That’s part of the job.
