About the role

Elastic is seeking a hands-on, senior AI Ecosystem Architect to own the technical strategy and relationships with OpenAI and Anthropic, driving co-build integrations, shaping product and GTM content, and influencing Elastic’s roadmap for frontier AI in enterprise, focused on retrieval, security, and observability within unstructured data.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the co-build strategy with Elastic's Product team to deepen integrations with OpenAI and Anthropic while ensuring Elastic's retrieval, security, and observability capabilities are embedded in enterprise solutions.
  • Serving as Elastic's technical voice inside OpenAI and Anthropic, collaborating with partner and product teams to ensure Elasticsearch’s role in agentic workflows is understood and represented.
  • Building reference architectures and working prototypes to demonstrate Elasticsearch as the retrieval layer for agentic AI and provide a grounded path for developers.
  • Collaborating with Elastic Security and Observability teams to drive integration patterns and showcases demonstrating frontier AI enhancements.
  • Influencing Elastic's product roadmap based on technical signals from ecosystems, customer asks, and identified gaps.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in technical presales, partner engineering, solutions architecture, or product management
  • Proven experience owning technical relationships with strategic AI or platform partners as the named technical point of contact
  • Hands-on experience building prototypes and integration demos with partner and product teams
  • Track record of influencing product roadmaps and partner priorities
  • Strong communication skills across audiences, from developer conferences to architecture discussions with partner engineers
  • Willingness to travel 30% to partner offices, events, and conferences
