About the role

Physician role delivering Neko's preventive-care model in Miami clinics, focusing on conversation-based consultations, personalized preventive health plans, and collaboration with care teams to provide data-driven, non-invasive screening and preventive medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Consultations that feel like conversations: ask, listen, and explain findings in plain language
  • Develop personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening results and patient priorities
  • Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies as a dialogue
  • Conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings using skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support
  • Provide clinical oversight and escalation support for APPs, acting as supervising or collaborating physician
  • Collaborate with Operators, APPs, and care teams to improve continuity of care and overall member experience

Qualifications

  • Active Florida State medical license
  • Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of post-residency experience
  • Recent outpatient experience (at least 1 year in the past 5 years)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment

Skills

Required:Active Florida medical licenseBoard certification in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineOutpatient clinical experienceBLS certification
