About the role

AI-first full stack role focused on building live streaming and gaming experiences from zero-to-one for Beast Industries, optimizing for real-time performance under bursty, high-traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship live and game features across the full stack using AI coding tools, contributing to high-velocity delivery.
  • Take ownership of features end to end, from development through deployment, using AI-facilitated QA processes and tooling.
  • Write clean, reliable, and performant code with accountability for production outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to maintain high standards, fast iteration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building consumer-facing products across frontend and backend, with comfort moving between client and server.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in at least one backend language (Node.js, Go, Java, Rust, or equivalent) and one frontend framework.
  • AI-native: daily use of AI coding agents to move faster.
  • Real-Time Enthusiast: interest or experience in live streaming, gaming, or real-time systems; understanding latency and user experience under load.
  • Ownership Mindset: track record of shipping reliable production features and handling production issues.
