About the role

Role focused on building and scaling Pace's partner enablement function to drive adoption and expansion of Pace's agents through systems integrators, consultancies, brokers, and technology alliances.

Responsibilities

  • Build the partner enablement engine: Design onboarding, training, certification, and collateral for partner self-sufficiency.
  • Codify deployment into a repeatable playbook: Translate successful deployments into executable programs for partners across customers.
  • Drive executive-level value narratives through partners: Equip partners to lead demos, pilots, and business reviews showing ROI and impact.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering: Surface feedback and gaps to influence the roadmap and platform improvements.
  • Own partner outcomes: Track adoption, impact, and expansion across the partner ecosystem and refine enablement motion.

Qualifications

  • High autonomy with bias to action and curiosity about customers and partners.
  • Experience operating at the intersection of partnerships, customers, product, and GTM.
  • Clear communication with executives, operators, and technical teams.
  • Ability to turn messy workflows into clear, executable steps and repeatable programs.
  • High ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
  • Bonus: Founder/startup experience or experience building a channel/enablement function from zero.
