About the role

Infrastructure Engineer focused on owning and operating Pace's platform for AI agents across cloud and enterprise deployments, ensuring data residency, isolation, and auditability while enabling scalable, reliable production infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Own the platform our AI agents run on, from our own cloud (Kubernetes on AWS) to installs inside our customers' clouds.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years running production infrastructure
  • Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code experience
  • You've led a significant migration or cutover and can talk concretely about how you made it safe
  • Comfortable owning networking and security boundaries end to end
  • Strong observability instincts - you've built the dashboards, monitors, and runbooks your team relies on
