About the role

Experienced Campus Recruiter to help find and hire outstanding interns, grow and diversify recruiting efforts, manage pipelines, source and interview candidates, and support internship and in-house program pipelines with onboarding and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating interviews, sourcing and pipelining, maintaining real-time updates in applicant tracking system and data reporting tools, and assisting with recruitment events.
  • Help grow internship and in-house programme pipelines.
  • Contribute to onboarding and mentorship for new recruiters.
  • Provide input to recruiting strategy and processes, and stay ahead of the candidate landscape.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of university recruiting experience (no financial industry experience required)
  • Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
  • Creative thinker with understanding of the candidate landscape
  • Self-starter, organised, able to turn ideas into action
  • Flexible team player with a hands-on attitude
  • Clear communicator with colleagues, candidates and external partners
  • Approachable and humble, not afraid to ask for help
  • Curious about firm operations and recruiting impact
  • Willing and able to travel to conferences and events as needed
  • Fluent in English; another Asian language is a plus (not required)
