About the role

Strategic recruiter responsible for planning and executing campus recruiting initiatives across multiple countries and business areas, with a focus on building university partnerships, engaging potential candidates, and shaping early-career talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and attend various recruiting events (on-campus, virtual, in-office)
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and external partners
  • Communicate with prospective candidates
  • Coordinate and manage event logistics and stakeholder management
  • Contribute fresh ideas to campus recruiting strategy and engagement
  • Relocate from New York City to Hong Kong after initial period
  • Support onboarding and professional growth within ECPI team

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of campus recruiting experience
  • Preferably knowledge of APAC recruiting landscape (not required)
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian language a plus (not required)
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Skilled event planner and willingness to travel globally
  • Team player able to collaborate across multiple teams
