About the role

Strategic recruiter responsible for planning and executing campus recruiting initiatives to attract interns and full-time employees across multiple business areas. Focuses on building university partnerships, engaging potential candidates, and shaping the talent pipeline within Jane Street’s ECPI team.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead planning and execution of campus recruiting initiatives
  • Cultivate productive relationships with universities and student organizations
  • Engage potential candidates and think critically about talent strategy
  • Plan and attend recruiting events; respond to immediate hiring priorities
  • Develop new initiatives from the ground up and iterate based on strengths and interests
  • Collaborate with teams across the firm to ensure alignment and execution
  • Shaping long-term direction of projects and handling hands-on tasks (e.g., drafting flyers, data analysis, coordinating catering)
  • Travel to recruiting conferences and events as required

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of campus recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of the quantitative or tech recruiting landscape a plus
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter with project management and multitasking abilities
  • Skilled event planner with willingness to travel globally
  • Curiosity about firm operations and recruiting’s role in the business
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and independently as appropriate
  • Travel to conferences and events required

Benefits
