About the role

We are looking for an Events Specialist to join our Workplace Services and Experience team in Asia, responsible for designing, planning and executing events for current employees and college recruits across Asia offices, and collaborating with internal teams to align events with firm goals.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships across the firm to understand our culture and colleagues
  • Organising events from start to finish, including but not limited to: venue selection, catering, entertainment, transportation, promotion, RSVP management and on-site event day support
  • Collaborating with Recruiting, Human Resources, Workspace Services and other internal support teams
  • Maintaining a database of all event details and costs
  • Working with our Legal team on all event-related contracts

Qualifications

  • Have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in event management, with the ability to lead events from start to finish
  • Having experience planning and supporting events across APAC is a plus
  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn; able to propose thoughtful solutions and innovate
  • A reliable and flexible team player with a positive attitude
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule that may include some early mornings, evening hours and after-hours events; Occasional travel within APAC is required
  • An excellent oral and written communicator
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
