About the role

Account Executive role focused on SMB Italian market (Rome) to drive ARR growth for Lexroom, a legal AI product, in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Lexroom and a product evangelist, identifying new use cases for our customers.
  • Drive Lexroom’s ambitious ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel. Your mission will be to find prospects, conduct product demos, and close deals.
  • Work closely with prospects to identify their pain points, goals, and potential development opportunities.
  • Monitor the market closely for Lexroom. Work closely with the product team by providing valuable feedback from current and potential clients.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Power user of sales support tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Never stop learning and eager to join a rapidly growing startup.
  • Speaks Italian and English.
  • Fast and Accurate; Humble and Hungry; Take Responsibility; Straight Talker.
  • Optional, but a bonus: You have a law degree.
