About the role

Graduate Program – Sales designed to develop top talent into high-performing Account Executives through a fast-track 18-month program with four rotations and coaching via the Lexroom Sales Academy.

Responsibilities

  • 6 months – BDR (Business Development Representative): Qualify leads. Learn discovery basics, opportunity qualification and handoff to AE.
  • 6 months – BDR Mid-Market (Business Development Representative): Learn how to generate pipeline from scratch. Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (or up to 1 year experience) with a strong interest in B2B sales and tech / AI.
  • Consistently top performer in university, sports, projects, or work.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish (native or C1+) and English.
  • High drive and resilience; comfortable with ambitious targets and rejection.
  • Fast learner, asks tough questions, seeks frequent feedback.
  • Willingness to take responsibility early.
