About the role

Data-driven Sales Development Manager to lead and grow EliseAI's Sales Development team, accelerate pipeline generation, and drive new business growth at a fast-scaling AI company.

Responsibilities

  • This is a player coach role. You will be mentoring, managing and helping to build our Sales Development team while supporting wider company initiatives and supporting our Head of Sales.
  • Track, measure and report on sales data to make effective decisions.
  • Promote an environment of sales excellence in the Sales Development team.
  • Drive hiring and the development of team members.
  • Ensure proper use of Salesforce.
  • Attract top tier talent

Qualifications

  • 2 years of management experience in a lead or manager role with a Sales Development sales team.
  • 2 years of experience selling SaaS products in a Sales Development or Account Executive role.
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Salesforce experience
