About the role

Strategy & Operations Lead role supporting multiple pillars (Running Broccoli, Founder's Office, AI Transformation, Intelligence Platform, Value Creation) with a focus on high agency operations, strategic planning, and enterprise growth for Broccoli AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own business performance management, KPIs, reporting, and operational reviews.
  • Build and manage key enablement tools such as QBRs, health scorecards, and product adoption dashboards.
  • Drive business enablement initiatives that improve customer and revenue outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional operational improvements across go-to-market, customer success, and growth.
  • Support strategic planning, board materials, and executive decision-making.
  • Lead high-priority company initiatives and special projects.
  • Drive alignment and execution against key company priorities.
  • Advise customers on AI adoption, workflow redesign, and organizational change.
  • Develop best practices and transformation frameworks.
  • Deliver insights, benchmarks, and reporting that help customers improve performance.
  • Measure AI adoption, business outcomes, and value creation.
  • Help shape customer-facing analytics and intelligence capabilities.
  • Build ROI models, business cases, and value creation frameworks.
  • Support enterprise sales and strategic customer conversations.
  • Partner with private equity firms and portfolio companies on AI transformation opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), PE firm, high-growth startup or comparable high-performance environment.
  • Passion for exploring and applying the latest AI tools and technologies to solve real business problems.
  • High-ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
