About the role
Associate Manager role to develop and implement global education and events for rhode, supporting product launches, retail initiatives, and international growth across markets.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of rhode’s global education strategy by developing scalable programs that support product launches, retail initiatives, and international growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in education, learning and development, retail education, product education, or training within beauty or skincare
- Experience working with prestige retail partners, including Sephora, is a plus
- Familiarity with Sephora education programs, learning platforms, and retail training tools is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting global education initiatives or international markets is preferred
- Experience developing engaging education content across digital and in-person formats
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
- Ability to travel as needed and maintain flexibility to collaborate effectively across international markets and global time zones
