About the role

Experienced sports coach to guide athletes in sport-specific skills, strength and conditioning, mental toughness, and injury prevention; also provides guidance on coaching philosophy, program design, team management, and certification requirements for aspiring coaches. Supports include resume review, interview prep, and networking strategy. Remote contract role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Guide athletes through sport-specific skills, strength and conditioning, mental toughness, and injury prevention to help them train smarter and perform at a higher level.
  • Provide guidance on coaching philosophy and program design, team management, and certification requirements needed to coach at various levels for aspiring coaches.
  • Offer resume review, interview prep, and networking strategy to help aspiring coaches land the right role and build connections in the field.
  • Host sessions virtually and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
  • Set own hours and rates.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates have professional athletic or coaching experience, prior mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping both athletes and aspiring coaches reach their goals.
