About the role

Experienced small business coach to guide entrepreneurs in operations, financial planning and reporting, hiring, sales strategy, customer service, digital marketing, web development, and applying AI fundamentals to modern business operations. Remote contract role with flexible hours and rates.

Responsibilities

  • Guide owners through business operations, financial planning, financial accounting and reporting, and hiring.
  • Build a strong sales strategy and customer service approach.
  • Support growth through digital marketing, social media strategy, web development, and applying AI fundamentals, AI agents, and AI automation to modern business operations.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience running or advising small businesses
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping owners navigate operational and strategic sides of their business
