About the role

Experienced startup careers coach to help students and professionals pursue startups roles by applying AI fundamentals, AI automation, competitive analysis, and full career coaching (resume, cover letters, LinkedIn, interview prep, networking strategy) in a remote contract role.

Responsibilities

  • Help candidates apply AI fundamentals and AI automation to their work
  • Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate potential companies and opportunities
  • Support the full career journey: resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and networking strategy
  • Host sessions virtually and set their own hours and rates
  • Partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student

Qualifications

  • Professional experience working at or advising startups
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping candidates navigate the startup hiring landscape
