About the role

Experienced talent acquisition coach to teach core skills in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, candidate screening, interviewing techniques, employer branding, onboarding, and applying AI fundamentals to recruiting workflows. Includes career-side support (resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking strategy) to help candidates land roles. Remote contract role with flexible hours and rates.

Responsibilities

  • Teach core skills in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, candidate screening, and interviewing techniques
  • Teach employer branding and onboarding, and applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to modern recruiting workflows
  • Support the career side of the journey: resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and networking strategy
  • Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, partner with team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to breaking down strategic and interpersonal aspects of the hiring process
