About the role

Experienced startup founders coach to guide entrepreneurs through ideation, business strategy, market research, go-to-market, fundraising and venture capital strategy, as well as branding, product and web development, AI fundamentals, and hiring/people operations for startups.

Responsibilities

  • Guide founders through ideation, business strategy development, market research, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide fundraising and venture capital strategy to help secure funding.
  • Support branding, app development, and web development.
  • Apply AI fundamentals, AI agents, and AI automation to startup operations.
  • Assist with hiring, compensation strategy, contract drafting, and legal research.
  • Prepare resumes, cover letters, and interview prep for founders navigating hiring decisions or career transitions.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience founding or advising startups
  • Prior coaching or mentoring experience
  • Clear, structured approach to helping founders navigate multiple facets of building a company
